**Distribution**

Starting from July 1st, 2024, to facilitate the achievement of strategic objectives and align the interests of all parties, tokens will follow a General Vesting Schedule based on a volume-ratio formula. This formula assesses the volume quartile achieved by the EMDX platform among the top 100 decentralized exchanges according to the CoinMarketCap Ranking for Decentralized Exchanges (the “EMDX’s Vesting Formula”) over the preceding 30-day period (the “Scoring Epoch”).

At the end of each Scoring Epoch, the quartile position attained by the EMDX platform will be applied in the token distribution formula, which will determine the corresponding vested tokens as specified below:

The Quartile Score will be displayed on the platform on the first day following the 30-day period (day 61). Although the calculation is based on a 30-day period, distribution will be executed daily.

This distribution system also applies to contributors, team members, and stakeholders, reflecting their overall commitment and alignment with the EMDX Protocol.
