EMDX has an agnostic approach regarding the blockchain stack. Initially our set of contracts and protocol components are deployed on the Avalanche network. The reason why we have chosen Avalanche is based on a thorough comparison between all the available LAYER 1 blockchains, in which we concluded that Avalanche network was the optimal solution according to indicators such as throughput, transaction costs, block finality, among other parameters. The EMDX protocol is planning to land on other networks after a voting consensus carried out by our token holders.
